Power issue at Washington data-center

We have a UPS issue at our Washington servers. Engineers are working on it.

A hardware maintenance is scheduled for tomorrow, Aug 2th, 2017 - 7:30 CEST AM - 8:00 CEST AM on one of Germany KVM nodes. All affected customers are already notified.

One of KVM nodes in Switzerland is down, we are investigating the issue.
Update: We replace a failed SSD drive, now all vms are up.

Chicago-1: Network Maintenance Feb 1, 2017 0600-1200 UTC

27th January 2017

One of our upstream fiber providers will be performing network maintenance on Feb 1, 2017, from 0600 to 1200 UTC.

We expect some uplinks to be affected during this time. You may notice brief moments of route reconvergence during any flaps that may occur.
