We are experiencing a down time in our Luxemburg datacenter, we will update this announcement with more details as soon as possible.

In the mentioned timeframe we will perform a software upgrade at our network in Nuremberg.

Customers will have a short downtime for about 15 minutes.

Denver Datacenter Maintenance

We have just been informed that a fiber cut is affecting routing to our Denver location. Clients in Denver may experience packet-loss during this time. Our provider is currently working on repairing the issue, and we have not received an ETA. Feel free to open a ticket with our support team if you have any questions.

Hardware issue in one of UK servers

We are investigating a hardware failure in one of the UK server with the Ip range of 146.185.2XX.XXX , Please do not submit ticket regarding the the service down time, as we will update this message once the issue fully resolved.
