Our Switzerland provider contacted us.
Emergency notification:
We will be rebooting a core router at our Swiss data center following a malfunction of this equipment over this last weekend.
The reboot will occur at 3am August 18th, 2015 GMT. This is approximately 4.5 hours from the time of this message. Please prepare for up to 30 minutes downtime, though we expect the outage to last less than 7 minutes. Though your server will lose connectivity, but it will not lose power during the outage
We will be upgrading the IOS on the device, as well as replacing a suspected faulty line card. There is a known bug in the IOS that has been causing network problems over the last 3 days. This reboot will correct this problem.

Update: They were able to resolve the issue with no down time.
