The purpose of this work is to apply and activate software module upgrades on code running on the core and edge routers per the manufacturer's recommendations.
Start time: 2:00 am central 10/06/2013
End time: 4:00 am central 10/06/2013
Expected Outage/Downtime: 45 minutes total; one outage of 30 minutes and a second outage of 15 minutes
During this maintenance window, you will experience two brief interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities; the first interruption is expected to last about 30 minutes and the second will be 15 minutes for about 15 minutes total. However, due to the complexity of the work, your downtime may be longer. Customers may also see some reconvergence during the maintenance window.
