fiber cut in Switzerland

We just received an alert from our primary fiber provider regarding a fiber cut that has our primary connection down.  The fiber cut is due to construction and fiber repair teams are in route to repair it.

We have been told that the target time to finish the repairs is 07:00 UTC. 

In the meantime our network continues to run on a back up fiber connection.  Due to the reduced capacity of the backup, you may notice increased latency and packet loss.

We will keep you informed of the progress reports from our provider, and please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.
